​What is the best type of exercise?

The adaptations that occur with physical training serve to improve motor coordination, balance, muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic and anaerobic capabilities.

We work in a personalized way, always! All students are assessed before training begins so that the exercise program is developed according to their needs. We also offer periodic assessments during training.
We combine Pilates, Cross Fit, Functional Training and Outdoor Sports techniques to enhance results within the period desired by the student.

Functional training

Using the body's natural movements, such as pushing, squatting, turning and lifting, Functional Training improves the physical capabilities of its practitioners in an organic and gradual way. Through this method, the main physical capabilities worked on are: muscular strength, endurance, agility, motor coordination, speed and balance (static and dynamic). In addition to the intense work of the core, muscles responsible for stabilizing the spine.

Pilates

Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, it is a training method that can be worked on specific equipment (Reformer, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Cadillac), as well as with a Swiss Ball or even on the floor.

His techniques are based on the principles of control, which is nothing more than the conscious control of the body's muscles. It is a very effective muscle strengthening technique. It develops flexibility, body awareness and is especially recommended for people with spinal problems.

Vilalva Training System

Combination of specialized training techniques such as Complex Training, Pilates, Functional Training, Crossfit, Bodybuilding and Outdoor Sports.
